공공 데이터포털은 공공기관에서 생성 또는 보유하고 있는 공개 데이터를 관리하기 위한 통합 사이트를 말한다. CKAN은 오픈 소스 기반의 공공 데이터포털 플랫폼이다. 최근, CKAN은 링크드 오픈 데이터를 지원하기 위해 DCAT 플러그 인을 제공하고 있다. DCAT-AP는 웹에 게시 된 데이터 카탈로그 간의 공유를 위해 설계된 RDF 어휘이다. DCAT 플러그인은 DCAT-AP 데이터에 대해 CKAN 데이터로 변환하거나, CKAN 데이터를 DCAT-AP 데이터로 변환하는 기능을 제공한다. 그러나 DCAT-AP는 애플리케이션 프로파일들에 의해 속성이 빈번하게 변경되어 DCAT 플러그인에서 지원하지 않는 속성이 발생하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 CKAN에서 DCAT-AP를 지원하기 위한 프레임워크를 제안한다. CKAN에서 DCAT-AP에 대한 모든 속성들에 대해 질의가 가능하도록 관계형 데이터베이스와 트리플 데이터베이스를 모두 사용하여 저장소를 구성한다. 실험을 통해 제안하는 프레임워크가 DCAT-AP 데이터에 대한 질의가 처리 가능함을 보인다. 또한, 제안하는 프레임워크와 기존 프레임워크의 질의 수행시간이 유사함을 보인다. |

(English Abstract) |
Open data portal is an integrated site that provides open data, which are generated or acquired by public organizations in one place. CKAN is an open source based open data portal platform. Recently, CKAN has provided the DCAT plug-in to support Linked Open data. DCAT-AP is an RDF vocabulary designed to shard between data catalogs published on the Web. For DCAT-AP with a specific version, DCAT plug-in supports the method to convert CKAN data to DCAT-AP data or convert CKAN data to DCAT-AP data. However, the DCAT plug-in does not support new properties in DCAT-AP because DCAT-AP is frequently changing properties by application profiles. In this paper, we propose a framework to support DCAT-AP in CKAN. In the framework, the repositories are built with both Relation DataBase and TripleDataBase in order to execute queries for all properties in DCAT-AP. Through experiments, we show that the proposed framework is able to execute all queries for DCAT-AP. Also, our framework has similar query execution time compared with existing frameworks.
